Can I reserve a date?
Yes! By completing the deposit payment you reserve the date for your appointment. We can’t reserve dates without a paid deposit.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 2 weeks before the scheduled treatment date. The first time is free, after that you pay a rescheduling fee.
How can I pay?
For the deposit we accept all major credit cards through the secure payment system of Stripe.
Do I have to pay in full upon booking?
No, you only pay the deposit for the treatment. The remainder is due on the day of the appointment.
My payment isn't going through, what is wrong?
Often we can’t see what is wrong because of GDPR rules. You can try another card or contact your bank for more information. Make sure your card is open to international and Internet payments. Contact us if you need more help.
